Wheels are important simple machines! Wheels are on bikes, cars and used lots for hard work!
Do you see these wheels? As you may notice, the round wheel may roll better than the square one!
Most wheels are round because they keep moving. If you tried to roll the square wheel and the round wheel the round wheel will roll farther than the other because the square one has corners which would effect the force the wheel has.
We use wheels for lots of hard work because they make it easier! Imagine riding a bike with square wheel up a hill, it would be much harder than a bike with round wheels because the round ones roll easier!
