Eating healthy foods is a good way to stay healthy!
Eating things like fish and red meats are a great way to start.
Also, don't eat more than you need to.
If you eat too many calories, you might not get enough energy to burn them. If you don't get enough Physical Activity it could be bad for your health.

Eating fruits and vegetables is a good food to have lots of. Don't snack on unhealthy foods when you can snack on good, healthy food.

You should try to have something from all the food groups in a day.
the different food groups are dairy, grain, meat, and fruit and vegetable.

You need meat and alternatives, fruits and vegetables and alternatives, dairy and alternatives, and grains and alternatives.
