Oxygen waste exchange:
The alveoli steal oxygen and turn it into that poor frail carbon dioxide. Then you breath out that unhealthy stuff, in which the plants will eat, and breath out safe, useable oxygen. After, you breath in more air in which the alveoli will wrestle once again! (Lets pray it wins! If not, see the emergency room as your future).
The oxygen waste exchange is in assistance of the usefull red blood cells. Without clean oxygen, you wouldn't be able to breath after getting beaten up by John Cena! (that would suck).
Breathing this in wouldn't be very healthy and will kill all the plants that clean our air! Think about it! The air is slowly killing the world!
