Eating healthy foods can benefit you by giving you a stronger imune system and making you healthy!
If you eat unhealthy foods all the time it can prevent you from being able to do things. Some of the things it can help prevent are things like healing when you are sick. It makes it harder to get healthier when you are sick when you eat lots of unhealthy foods.

Physical activity can benefit you by making you stronger,healthier and making your body happier!


Also you could be a fat,old couch potato and be lazy and maybe get diabetes. Which would you choose?
